Service Description

Will come to your home, assess both you and your babies. Mommy’s breast assessment, oral assessment of baby and then weight check prior to feeding to determine the plan of care. You will have access to HIPAA certified patient portal where you can communicate with LC with messages and share pictures. You will receive written out plan of care through portal where you can print and share your to your provider. Upon request you can be provided a super bill for potential insurance reimbursement if needed.
